All used garments need to be dry-cleaned or washed before fitting! 

Phone calls and text messages will be answered only during business hours. Please leave voice mail if not reached. Emails will be answered typically in 24 hours or Mondays after weekends.

If you are late 15 minutes or over from your appointment, you lose your spot, and appointment needs to be rescheduled. Any appointment supersedes drop-offs. Please be patient and wait your turn! 

Last appointment available during any day is 30 minutes before closing time. Last drop-off available is 15 minutes before closing time.


Wedding gown fittings: 

Minimum time frame is that the first fitting would take place at least 8 weeks before your wedding date. Wedding gown fittings are appointment only. If you have any questions about the fitting or pricing, please consider making appointment for a free consultation.
